Tent Hire
Our main fleet of tents are 5m in diameter and are spacious and airy for a couple, and roomy enough to comfortably sleep a family or group of 6!
Our friendly and helpful, uniformed staff deliver and set up the tents at your desired location, and collect again at the end of your hire period.
Tents are available to hire empty or furnished as you prefer.
Additionally, we do have a limited number of 7m bell tents available to hire, as well as a dinky child's play tent!
Pitching
Before booking a tent or tents you must make sure your location has a suitable place and enough space for them to be pitched.

They need to be pitched on mown grass which is as flat as possible & not under low over-hanging branches as this will damage the canvas.

The main fleet of tents are 5m in diameter & have guy ropes which stick out a further 1.5m all the way around. If you are requiring more than 1 tent, we can cross over the guy ropes at the side to conserve some space.
Prices & Travelling Charges
All of our prices include VAT
Our prices are all for 2 nights, which is our minimum hire. You are welcome to only have the tent for 1 night but sadly we can't reduce the price as it simply wouldn't be viable.

Within Devon, Dorset & Somerset, there is a £1 per mile travelling charge for orders of less than 10 tents that are 25 miles or more from EX13,
for the delivery journey only, collection is free.
We always try to combine delivery when possible.

For orders of 10 or more tents there in no delivery charge within Devon, Dorset & Somerset!

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our tents by prior arrangement!

Help & Support
Sometimes our clients are experiencing camping for the first time or organising a large event, & these things can seem daunting. Our aim is to make this as easy & hassle free as possible, and you are our priority! We are happy to offer help & advice right the way up to, and throughout your booking!

We always supply a "spares box" to each of our bookings in case of any mis-hap, but clients & guests are welcome to call at any time if they need help.
